Malibra is a multidisciplinary martial arts streaming platform featuring short films about pro-fighters and tutorials taught by them. Our content includes fighters' lifestyles, stories, & training tutorials from disciplines, such as MMA, grappling, striking and more.
Malibra was created and built by Daniel Yuri, the founder of INOVA STUDIOS, a boutique branding and marketing agency. For over 18 years, he has worked with clients worldwide.
After immersing himself in the martial arts culture for over 15 years, his mission is to improve people's lives and fighters' careers through unique content and innovative technology.
FOR THE PUBLIC
From depression to anxiety, the world is currently experiencing a high record of mental health issues. People are also developing more physical problems with issues, such as diabetes and obesity, because of a modern day lifestyle that doesn't help to combat their situation.
Current martial arts sites typically focus on one martial arts discipline. They share technique training or documentary films, but don’t offer complete fitness and conditioning training. Fitness and conditioning are a very important aspect of martial arts.
The current martial art streaming market either focuses on technique tutorials or documentary style series, but not both at the same time.
Martial arts practitioners sign up for online training because they want to sharpen their techniques and to visually reinforce them. However, there is not a reliable platform that offers multiple martial arts disciplines with a complete video library.
Most martial arts and combat sports fans don’t practice martial arts or MMA because they are intimidated by the percieved difficulty. By not training, they miss out on the opportunity to benefit from the positive physical and mental health side effects many practitioners attest to.
FOR THE FIGHTERS
Unlike basketball, football or other mainstream sports, combat sports do not provide a steady income for professional athletes. This well-documented point provides an opportunity to reach elite athletes who are trying to secure income to support their lifestyle and training.
The career of a fighter is short. To be frank, it's a young person's sport, which makes the financial situation for professional fighters a problem. Once a veteran fighter retires, they must seek new money-making opportunities.
Exposure of fighters, their journeys, and stories is limited to the fighters who rank in the top 15-20 worldwide. Roughly 80% of professional fighters don't get enough exposure, marketing, branding, or content production support.
FOR THE PUBLIC
Combining training content with stories allows members to see the journey that fighters go through in their career. These stories have the power to inspire and transform peoples lives and their reason to improve their health and overall well-being.
Through martial arts training, Malibra will provide not only combat techniques but also fitness exercise programs that can be done from anywhere with non or very accessible.
Through our documentary style content in conjunction with practical training tutorials, people be able to develop the martial artists's mindset which empowers practitioners to contiue through adversity and develop an inner confidence in one's physical and mental abilities.
FOR THE FIGHTERS
Fighting, sharing knowledge, and participating in films can be done until a late age.
Our market consists of martial art practitioners/enthusiasts, and people who want to stay or get fit by training from home or anywhere with an activity that is more fun than traditional fitness. Also fans and viewers of MMA, Kickboxing, Muay Thai, and Grappling.
The combination of all these markets all create a very substantial opportunity to benefit from all of these rapidly growing industries.
